My office can close real estate transactions throughout the Province of Ontario through E-Registration. This is a computerized web based registration system, which connects my office directly with various registry offices throughout Ontario. The types of transactions handled by my office include both commercial and residential sales, purchases and mortgages. I have extensive condominium experience in purchases, sales and mortgage financing in this area throughout Ontario. My office also acts as a closing centre for First Canadian Title Insurance and Title Plus.

My practice also includes considerable experience in the land development areas having acted for a number of developers or individuals in subdivision planning and development as well as land severances, re-zoning applications and committee of adjustment applications.

My office offers personal client services and I do not participate in unrealistic fee discounting in order to attract clients. My office has established base fees that reflect our quality standard of work and I will not compromise my work for a reduced fee.
