Over the last 23 years, I have acted as solicitor for either the sale or purchase of a business including franchises. I have dealt with land development and land use planning issues in commercial transactions as well as commercial financial structuring with banks or government.

I have incorporated a number of private companies with simple to complex shareholder structures to facilitate the purchase of a business or to support financial re-ordering of the business entity. I prepare commercial agreements to support financial transactions, which can include everything from general security agreements to shareholder agreements, management agreements, franchise agreements or partnership agreements.

I also provide legal services for the incorporation of not for profit corporations for different educational or charitable groups or agencies.
